Congratulations all around!

With the kick-off of show season, our sales have been booming at Anne Benson Stables! Lots of congratulations to go around to happy new owners, which include —

Andy and Carolyn Mast of Millersburg, Ohio, who selected HEART OF THE MOON (CBMF Over The Moon x Harvard Park Heartbreaker, by SpiceOLife Present Tense GCH), a talented 3YO mare. We wish the Millers the best of luck with this beauty! Former owner, Anne Benson.

Christine Nava-Mouthrop made a super selection when she closed the deal on the adorable and sporty TLP IRON MAN (BJ’s Superman x Sharp Dressed Showboat, by Sharp Dressed Gentleman), a fancy 4YO gelding who caught her eye when he won the 4YO Pleasure Driving at the recent Connecticut Morgan Horse Show. He finished the show as the Reserve Champion in this division, and then headed home to the gloriously gardened Timber Hill Farm, where we look forward to seeing many wonderful photographs of him among Andy Illes’ spectacular flowers. Former owner, Lauren Fitzgerald of Lakeville, MA didn’t own this guy long, but it was a great partnership with Anne Benson representing her in this sale.

Nothing pleases us more than the opportunity to surprise an unwitting young equestrienne with her very own Morgan horse! Tom and Joanna Meyers of Snug Harbor Morgans in S. Kingston, RI made this possible when they sold the smart and honest ULTRAS LIFE OF RILEY (Ultras Special Agent x Ultra’s Body Language, by Cedar Creek Legality). Riley has a long career of winning across many different divisions, and young Avery Noel will enjoy her new partner in the walk-trot division under the direction of trainer and agent in this sale, Anne Benson.
